How do I sort list alphabetically by last name and then print phone list in this format?

Only custom call sheets or walk sheets can be ordered alphabetically by last name. To create a custom call sheet, first access your list. From there, generate a custom call sheet under 'Print Themes'. Under the settings of your Custom Theme, you'll want to make sure you group your sheet by 'individuals' and that your ordering is under 'last name'. From there, NationBuilder will output a sheet ordered by individual last names.
