I have created a survey with one question. The button at the bottom says "Next Question." I would like it to say "Submit." Is there a way to edit this text?

You can change the text "Next question" via the template of the survey page on line 143.
You will need to specifically, change the change "Next question" within {% submit_tag "Next question", class:"submit-button" %}. Please be sure to keep the quotation marks that surround "Next Question".
