Refunding in NatioBuilder Gives an error

When we attempt to refund transactions we get an error with "We get this error: Bill To First Name is required" and cannot process the refund.

If you are experiencing this error please verify that your signup record does have a first name. If the first name exists and you are still experiencing this problem, please email into help@nationbuilder.com with a link to where you are seeing this occur.
