We're trying to apply a path with a series of goals to a group of people, who are all "members" of an ambassador program. Is there a way to apply this one path to a group of people, so we don't have to individually go in and assign it to each member of the organization/Ambassador group?

You can do this with batch update! If you add everyone of your members to a list you can batch update the list in Batch update > paths. Once you choose a path (like 'become a customer' below) it will give you the options to batch move people along the path or update the description etc.
