Issue: Good Morning. Recently, we connected our social media accounts to our nation. As a result we racked up a $300 bill because our nation grew to nearly 100,000 people. We did not want or expect this to happen. We have since disconnected our social media from our nation and deleted all the new accounts so now our plan is down to the rate which is affordable for us. Also, we would like to submit a formal Refund request for the $300 we were charged for the month of January 2018.
