Using NationBuilder in UK

We are considering taking up NB for a UK political campaign.  Questions/issues that we see as potential problems.  But are they?

1. does it support Paypal and/or other online payment systems (e.g UK debit cards) so that we can efficiently and securely solicit donations online?
2. does not link with non-US SMS text messaging
3. Unclear if it works with non-US mobile and landline phone nbrs
4. Can we customise text on the public screens to use non-US English words more familiar to our electorate?
5. Possible complications with:   currency ($ v £), date formats MM/DD/YY, diff legal restrictions on election laws
6. Any current UK-based users who will talk with us about their experience?
