Search by permission level

Seems that in the Advanced Search criteria there is no way to search for all people assigned to specific permission levels. Is there? Clearly it would be handy to have lists of everyone you have assigned at each permission level NB permits (ie., intern, leader, staff, etc.)

Interns, leaders, staffers, or admins are not searchable fields in the "Advanced Search" tab. You can, however, see a full list of people with control panel permissions under the "People" > "Point People" tab (https://yournationslug.nationbuilder.com/admin/signups/permissions).

Formatting contribution rules

Is there a way to use HTML formatting of the Contribution Rules entered when setting up the payment processing fields for a bank account like Democracy Engine? For example, I can't seem to insert carriage returns or line breaks and am not immediately seeing any HTML options to format what gets entered here.

To edit the HTML formatting of the Contribution Rules, you'll need to edit the donation page's theme, rather than using code to pull the rules in from the Bank Account Settings page. If you haven't worked within the theme portion of your website, be sure to review the custom theme how-to video in our theme documentation.  

We generally don't recommend customizing a donation page, as malformed edits can break the security of the donation page and cause problems with accepting donations. If you're comfortable moving forward with changes, here is how to do it:

To utilize HTML formatting, delete the code in line 245 of the donation page's theme,

That is the line of code that pules in the contribution rules from the bank account settings page.

Replace it with the content you want to be shown in this area, including paragraph marks <p> and line breaks <br>. Properly configured HTML will be inserted in blue and plain text that will be seen on your site will be white in the theme editor.

Donation page type missing

We have setup Democracy Engine linked to our bank account and I am now trying to create a donation page per your online instructions.
The problem is, when I create a New Page, I do NOT have any page type = donation page! 
Can you please explain why my donation page type is missing and how to get this started?
I also wanted to created a Membership sign page with paid membership levels but am prevented from doing that until I have a Donation page in place.

This issue occured because the donor add-on wasn't turned on. If this occurs, contact support at help@nationbuilder.com and they can assist you with resolving this matter.

Add URL links to Images

When placing an image on a page, it would be useful to add a field that allows us to type in a URL link that the user will navigate to when clicking on the image map. Should support both internal links within the given NationBuilder site and external URL links as well. 

Printing FAQs

How about adding a print button to FAQ pages that allows the browser user to quickly and easily print a nicely formatted version of the FAQ?

FileMaker template for imports

Wondering if anyone has put together a basic (preferably cross-plaform) runtime FileMaker database template that has NationBuilder fields already created in a table as part of the database schema? If so, this would be nice to share. If not, perhaps that's something that could be forthcoming?
