This does not work. I added the code and nothing happens except an h2 displays “Confirming Email…..”. No input fields upon initial URL access, etc. Also, if collecting other info (phone, address, etc), this won’t work.

This feature is not working for our Nation or any other Nation I have a profile for. It is not working for any of our users. Please advise.
