I can see in the Dashboard tab there is a button on right side called Your Network which includes activity for people you are following.
But where is there a list of people I'm following?

In the control panel, visit your own profile and the "network" tab - there you'll see everyone assigned to you, who you're following, who follows you, and people you've recruited.
