I have been able to put a custom field into a form on a volunteer signup page, but I cannot figure out where to access the data that is entered by the user in that field. When I go to the "custom field" page on a user's profile, the field shows up as empty, even if they have completed it.

Hey Dahvi - You're looking in the right place! If it is showing up as empty even if the user has entered it, then there is likely an error or typo in the custom field code and it's not being collected at all. We can take a look at your code for you if you email us at [email protected] with a link to the page where you've added the code!
