The easiest way to do this would be to create database profiles for the organizations you're receiving the contributions through, then assigning them as the fundraiser for all these donations. You could also set up tracking codes for each of these groups, though a donation is only able to have one tracking code. Lastly, each donation has a note field that is exportable, but is not something you can search or sort by in your control panel.
