Signup, volunteer, events pages and more allow you to set the autoresponse message when you allow someone to text to sign using a keyword. To review custom responses for your keywords, go to Messages, select your broadcaster and Texting > Keywords.

to clarify, I meant an incoming text message for a new subscriber
