Removing people from a list

I like the way you have implemented the "+" button for adding people quickly to a list.  Wish we had a "-" button too.  Removing individuals from a large list is quite cumbersome without it.

While there isn't a minus sign on individual profiles (or to the right of the person in a list view), any person can be removed from a list in the same way as you add them to that list: Find and click the list name under the plus sign. You can then check or uncheck a bunch of lists at once - that's a big upgrade!

If you need to remove a group of people from a list, use advanced search (or a filter) which will have both a plus and a minus for list manipulation.

Dreaming of a wireless-free tablet app: NationBuilder door-to-door

For campaigns emphasizing shoeleather work -- door knocking, face-to-face interviews, pamphlet drops -- it would be GREAT to have an app that would support downloading of a prospect list to a tablet, tablet-based data updates (as in Call mode or Data entry mode), and re-uploading of the data to the NB database.  Ideally the data update part would work without a wireless link.  (Otherwise, this functionality already exists through a web browser.)

Is there an easier way to record contacts with new prospects?

We collect information from door-knocking and other field activities -- often with people we don't have in our database -- on paper.  I would like to give a data entry person an easy process for adding a new person and address, recording the contact with them, and recording who made the contact (not the data entry person).  So far the only process I can figure out requires a lot of switching between pages.  Is there a more efficient way to do data entry on new people?

You could create a new list, add new people to a spreadsheet, import the CSV into that list, then use data entry mode to log the contacts more efficiently. To log a contact by a person other than the one doing data entry, the first person needs a broadcaster record. You might also contact Liberal Art, and NationBuilder Architect firm that created an offline petition signature reporting tool  for NationBuilder.

Delete several lists quickly

I have a LOT of old saved lists which I would like to clean up.  I see how to delete them one at a time, but this is quite time consuming.
