Customizing Call Mode, Data Entry Mode for canvasing

Is there an easy way in NationBuilder to customize the data entry options in Call Mode and/or Data Entry Mode?   We would like phone canvasers to have some additional bubbles to click -- to add specialized tags to a supporter -- sort of like creating a mini custom survey.  This would make the phone/doorknock canvassing process more efficient.

You can customize the contact types by navigating to Settings > Defaults > Contact types.

We don't have the ability to add a tag except manually as you are doing calls and data entry. However, you can review contact history in the activity stream on either the main dashboard, or an individual volunteer's stream (just use the activity type drop down and go to Contacted), and you can review contact stats and other information in the main dashboard under Contact View.
