When endorsements are added manually to the system, the ones added first are pushed to the bottom where the new ones are listed at the top. I cannot seem to find a way to fix this. Is there a way to manually rearrange endorsement orders?

Indeed, the featured endorsements array is sorted automatically so that more recent endorsements are displayed at the top. Using the "reversed" attribute, however, you can flip that order so that older endorsements remain featured at the top and newer endorsements are added at the bottom.
Ex. {% for endorsement in page.endorsement.featured_endorsements_without_images reversed %}
