You are able to fulfill an invoice for any given nation by going into Settings>Billing>Invoices.  There you will see a list of all invoices (open and closed) and are able to fulfill these using a credit card on file or using a check by referencing the respective invoice number.  You can also download a pdf invoice for all invoices for your records.
