We have received reports that users are no longer seeing the "Charge Card" checkbox underneath the "Payment Type" when attempting to submit manual transactions through the Finances tab. Usually, users are able to submit manual payments without a payment processor by unchecking the box "Charge Card" (tracking the payment, but not actually charging the credit card). Users reported that this "Charge card" button has gone missing in the last week.
