API Update: Apps consuming registered_at field will experience errors

Effective March 25, 2016 - Applications integrated with the NationBuilder API should be aware that if your application is consuming registered_at data we are making a breaking change that sends back Date instead of DateTime. If your application is sending DateTime you do not need to make any changes because this will convert to Date automatically.
