Is it possible to enter a SQL expression when doing a search?
I need to mass update hundreds of contacts. I have a list of all of the contacts, including their NationBuilderID (ID). Ideally, I'd like to perform an import and map the fields from the spreadsheet to the correct fields in NationBuilder to create the history record. But, the batch update feature will work. I just need to be able to make the list without having to manually enter 500 Id lines in the advanced search screen...
You cannot enter a SQL expression when doing a search.
I'm not sure which fields you are trying to map, but our how to import guide includes the fields that can be imported. You can add tags to everyone on the list or add unique tags to each person being imported. You can also add everyone from the import to a list during the import process and then batch update the list with a contact. These actions are explained in detailed in how to map fields for an import.
