Hi Bill - to delete people you can follow the instructions on how to remove a profile. 

To delete people one by one you can go to their profile > edit and there will be a delete button in the bottom right. There are some restrictions, they cannot have admin permissions for example, so you would need to remove them first. 

To delete people in batch you can add them all to a list then go to delete > delete people from nation to remove them.
