commented on I would like my autoreponse to send two different message based on the recipient zipcode
Hey Thomas — That actually looks perfect. I tested it out in my own account and can confirm that it worked for me when I set a profile’s registered address zip to 75003 and tested out the page to get the autoresponse. One thing to double check is that zip is in their registered address and not some other address field, per your code. If you’d rather have it check for that zip in whatever is their primary address, you can do so by using recipient.address.zip instead of recipient.registered_address.zip. Let me know if it’s still not working for you and I can take a look at the particular autoresponse that you are working on.

commented on Supporter nav disappearing after theme switch
Hi Bob – Could you send us an email with links to the site that you are changing the theme for and the name of the theme that you are trying to switch to? This shouldn’t happen with any of our public themes so we can certainly take a look. In addition, it is worth noting that the supporter nav only shows up when you are logged in, so make sure that you are logged in when checking for it.

Thanks!
Brian

commented on How do I change the icon in the tabs for the victory again theme to an American flag?
Hi Jazmine! It looks like the files currently found in the “Files” tab of your website’s theme are still the original images. To change the images that show up there, you’ll need to upload your flag image with the file name “li-participate-all.png” to the Files tab of your theme. To get there, you’ll want to click on “Website” (in the top blue bar of your control panel), then “Theme” and then “Files”.

If you also want to change the grey image that are currently behind the red, white and blue ribbons, you’ll need to upload new images called “bg_volunteer.jpg”, “bg_donate.jpg” and “bg_rsvp.jpg”.

I’m not sure what you mean by “Not able to connect the buttons in the home page to the subpages” so I’m sending you a follow-up email about that now.

commented on Top nav: Editing one button
Hey Aaron – You’re almost there. You just need to ditch the double-brackets altogether. It looks like you currently have “{{ /visit_new_mexico_open_primaries_facebook }}” but you should change it to “/visit_new_mexico_open_primaries_facebook”.

commented on How to display custom donation fields in email
Hey Stefan – I’m not sure of a way to do this right now, but I’ll check in with some folks here at NationBuilder to see if it’s possible. In the meantime, you could do something like this:

{% if recipient.last_donation.custom_values[‘chapter’] == ‘1’ }Los Angeles Chapter{ elsif recipient.last_donation.custom_values[‘chapter’] == ‘2’ }Chicago Chapter{ elsif recipient.last_donation.custom_values[‘chapter’] == ‘3’ }New York Chapter{ endif %}
