What does callable mean? Does it exclude deceased, do not contact, do not call, bad number people?

Callable is defined in NationBuilder as someone who:
- Does not have the "Do not call" checkbox checked in their profile
- Does not have the "Do not contact, period" checkbox checked in their profile
These are the two criteria that define the "is callable" filter criteria.
