Running totals include canceled, failed transaction records. As a result, the totals give misleading information.

It would be a pain, but to get last donation, you could take each from last month and subtract each from this month. This would work if there were only one donation, otherwise, you need to do it by dates in the month.

Carl Bergman commented on NationBuilder's biggest upgrade ever
My client is a small non profit that has a NB phone number. As of March, it will be gone. The loss will cause them no end of problems and significant effort to switch to another service and number. It unconscionable that NB is not grandfathering this service in. Upgrading is not a choice for them.
