When the system says that a person "is no longer a supporter", how do I find out what they did?

We did an email blast, and soon a few individuals were listed under Activities as "no longer a supporter". Yet there's no message that says they unsubscribed. How do I find out what action they took to be "no longer a supporter"?

One way that people become marked as "no longer a supporter" within your nation is when they're email address is marked as "bad." This happens automatically if blast emails to their address have "bounced" two consecutive times.

You can see whose email addresses have been marked as bounced and bad in your email stats on a per-blast basis.

NationBuilder uses email opt-in status as an indicator of support. Barring other support indicators (such as a manually set status of “strong support” or a volunteer opt-in), that supporter status will become invalid if the email address is not actually usable.

This is one thing I don’t understand. How exactly does having a bad email address mean that you are no longer a supporter?

What is that logic behind that?

When someone is marked as “no longer a supporter” can we make them a supporter again on our own if the reasons for it happening are as listed above?
