Sometimes collecting feedback isn't about allowing people to rate and comment on the ideas of others. If a more traditional approach to collecting feedback is in order, the Feedback page is the way to go. If complete privacy is needed, disable comments and stream so only those with access to the control panel will see what is submitted.
