Alright, it seems that the issue is on Popvox side:
“This is POPVOX. We just need to authorize that url for you. By default, the url with permission to display the widget is the one listed in your POPVOX account. We’ll get it set asap.”
Sorry for the flame but restrictive publishing on any end despite policy once service is paid for is both inconvenient and not neutral.
