Email address shows up as sender instead of name of broadcaster

We have received reports that when sending an email blast, the email blast shows up in the email inbox as from a specific email such as "alex@testemailnb.com" instead of my broadcaster name "Alex Customer Support". This doesn't happen when sending the preview test message, but only happens when sending the full email blast.
