By I would like to collect phone numbers of people who wish to get text message updates from my campaign but would like it to be as simple as possible without the need to collect any other user information. I setup keywords and signup pages though my nation's admin panel and am able to subscribe and tag people automatically when they text to my phone number. However, the texts are always followed up with reply texts asking for their name and email address. I would like to disable these reply text messages if possible as that info isn't needed. Please let me know if this is possible. Thanks!
Yes! You simply need to go to your broadcaster's texting settings to remove these followup questions. You'll find that in your control panel under the broadcasters associated with the signup form under Settings > Texting.

Unfortunately we don’t currently support editing the autoresponder. Having said that, I’d definitely request this as a feature that you’d like to see. If it’s something that you’d really like to see I’d also share your request in our Facebook group to see if other users are interested in a similar feature.
