After I click to create a new list "No matches found" appears twice in the list dropdown

After I enter the name of my new list and click Create, "No matches found" appears twice in the list dropdown. It seems like clicking Create is simultaneously starting a search in the list dropdown for the name of the new list.

Erin - I don't see this in the my control panel in People > Lists - could you please screen shot what you are seeing?
