When logging contact via the NB website, there is an option to add a support level. This support level is then shown on the report under Dashboard > Contacts which is a great feature. When logging contact via the API, there is no option to add a support level and therefore the Dashboard > Contacts report always displays support levels as blank. It would great to support level added as an option to set when logging contact via the API so the reports can function as intended.
