To create a custom campaign finance disclaimer, go to your control panel and Settings > Bank accounts. Click the edit icon next to the bank account that needs the disclaimer, and you'll see options like whether to require employer's name and address, and a box where you can enter your own custom disclaimer. Your supporters will then be required to check a box agreeing to those terms before proceeding with a donation.
