I have supporters sign up via text message and most people submit their name in lower case letters. How can I make sure that my email blasts are capitalizing names that are lower case in my database?

Using liquid you can capitalize the first letter of your email blast salutation! Just add "| capitalize" to the code that auto-populates in your email body so it looks like this:
{{ recipient.first_name_or_friend | capitalize }} --
