How to remove parent pages from the top nav

"Show parent in nav dropdown" is a global setting for your entire website. When this option is checked, the parent page is included when you mouse-over and display the dropdown menu of subpages (also known as child pages). In the image below, a parent page is included in the dropdown menu.

Global settings for your entire website are handled from Websites > {Name of Your Site} > Site settings. If you uncheck "show parent in nav dropdown," the top navigation dropdown will display without the parent, as seen in the image below.

Other items that can be changed in the global settings area include the name of the site, who the primary broadcaster for your site is, and additional settings that can be turned off across the entire site.
