When creating a page in NationBuilder use your SEO tab to edit the four most important elements of search engine optimization: title, slug, headline, and excerpt. Particularly when thinking about title and headline, be sure to keep it simple and write the way you think people would write in a search box if they were looking for information about the topic of your page.
Keep you slugs simple. NationBuilder will automatically make the title of your page the slug, but you can always shorten it down to the most essential keywords.

On your website, build up a library of searchable topics by blogging often. Each new blog post you create is a new page on your website that you can edit the SEO settings for, and use terms and phrases the people will be entering in search engines. Choose topics that are in the news or trending in your particular field, this way people will end up on your website when searching for them.
Be sure to include an image description when adding images to your pages, because this will get picked up by search engines as well. Image description is a field available in the Insert/edit image pop-up that comes up whenever you are adding an image to a NationBuilder page.
