One of the things I like most about working at NationBuilder is that you are surrounded by people that have a strong bias toward action. Our Organizing team works tirelessly supporting customers all over the world who all have one thing in common. They are taking action. To take action at any scale you must manage people and that is what NationBuilder is all about. People taking action and/or managing a group of people taking actions to support a common goal. For most the NationBuilder control panel provides more than enough functionality for them to accomplish their goals but for developers there are several reasons why the API is a better fit.
1. You want a custom UX
2. You need interoperability with a 3rd party system
3. You want to do some advanced data modeling etc...
4. You need a native mobile experience
5. ?
