My browser has a completely different layout and photo pop-up window than the above image. I’m using Chrome v. 49 on Mac OS v. 10.9.5. There’s not an option to align any way on my pop-up, and no longer an option to upload a photo at all. All I can do is type a url (not really a problem if using the Files tab), and then choose the dimensions and border.
