Great question. If you'd like to edit your site's title — including how it appears in search results — you can do so in Websites > Site Settings > Basic. (See below.)
If, however, you'd prefer to simply remove the site title from your donation page entirely, you can do that by editing your page's theme, which can be found on Websites > Page > Template. (See below.) You're looking for the code that includes the {{ page.headline }} variable.
