When you view a person in the contract panel you get a rough sense of when each contact was made, but not an exact date & time. For instance "Josh Stuart resumed inactive path Seniors Deserve Better a day ago".
Ideally, I'd like to see "Josh Stuart resumed inactive path Seniors Deserve Better at 11:34am PST, July 7th 2016".
If you hover on the relative time (so in your example "a day ago") you'll get the exact time the contact occurred.
I can totally see how that data could be useful to have on a scan but would likely require a redesign of the activities to make it fit sensibly. Leaving this in considering since I'm sure some day we'll take that task on.
