Everything looks good on the desktop and as I shrink the window it responds and the mobile nav pop up. On my iphone I only see the hamburger image- everything else is blank, no main nav at all. I'm using the presence custom theme. Can you point me in the direction of where I might locate this problem? You can see our site at safeplaceforyouth.org. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated!

On the phone the top navigation moves to the side in order to fit onto the screen as it is a responsive theme. The three line image is the link to the navigation when you click it the options will appear on the left. I screenshot what I see after I click on the three lines -
