1) When I ban an email is it still counted in the total number of my email list for my plan. 2) if yes how do I verify this is so.
When you ban a profile with an email associated with it, it is no longer considered emailable. While the profile itself will count towards the overall number of records in your database, the will not be viewed as an emailable contact.
You can see a quick view of your database by heading to Settings > Billing > Plan.
