How can I delete recurring donations?

I've accidentally set up a profile that has a recurring donation or I did test of recurring donations on a profile and need to remove it. How can I delete those donations so they don't effect my reporting? 

Official response from

Unfortunately at this time you personally cannot delete recurring donations. You will need to e-mail help@nationbuilder with the name and information on the donations that you need to delete. This process may take up to 3 to 5 business days to complete. 

In addition you are unable to delete or remove profiles connected to recurring donations.

    I set up a recurring donation; although processed only once by PayPal, it appears an additional 18 times in the first month in my organization’s NationBuilder database. I’ve contacted support and they say they’ll delete the extra payments. But without understanding why my organization cannot accept recurring donations. This should be a severity one bug, I believe.
