We are interested in using this platform for our community group but need to know what services are not available for Australian users?
Can we still receive donations ?
Can we customise the states and postcode and other info fields?
What other issues may we face not being a US based group ?

NationBuilder has numerous customers in Australia, so you should have no problem taking advantage of our tools for your community group.
To process donations, NationBuilder currently integrates with Paypal and Payflow Pro to serve our Australian customers. You can learn more about them on our Finances page.
And yes, you can add in Australian addresses to the database no problem.
