I experience a burst pipe when navigating to Settings > Membership Types > Membership Name > Autoresponses. I cannot see the expiration, expiration_warning, or failed_payment autoresponses when attempting to access those URLs directly. This occurs on most of my membership types but not all.
Expiring members have also indicated that they never received the warning email configured previously in the autoresponse settings.
