When people fill out the volunteer form (As an example, since I am having this problem through the entire website) the page they land on once they click submit says "Thank you for volunteering for Candidate". How do I get rid of "Candidate" and simply add my client's name?

Edit that volunteer page, then click Settings, and then social media. You will see the textarea where you can change this. Also click SEO and remove the word "Candidate". The inclusion of the site type name in these areas is a known bug which will be fixed this week. Sorry for the inconvenience!
