I have the same options as Todd (Anyone, logged in, members, control panel users, admins). It is also not possible to assign the permission set staffer to people. Is it possible to reactivate this permission set in order to restrict access to pages only to staffers? Alternatively, is it possible to restrict access to permission sets that I created myself?
