Is there a way to insert a Sign Up Form into a html website, or do you have to redirect to the Nation Builder Sign Up page?

Hi Moira, the best thing to do in this case may be to redirect to NationBuilder to get the best look. You could use an iframe to embed the page into your preexisting website, but the results may not be ideal across all platforms.
