Inserting images with text wraparound option is gone

I can no longer insert an image into my blog page with a text wrap around like I used to . how can I do this, so the text wraps around inserted images?

Thanks Patrick! When you add images to the content editor, you can use the left, center and right justify text icon to align the image with the text. This will cause the text to wrap around the image. See this video for an example.

    The response from Jane was helpful, but the design is, as they say, not intuitive — since the picture controls used to be in the picture format box. How about redesigning this so all picture controls are in one place and one doesn’t have to hunt for the answer?
