The image shows up elsewhere on the site without a problem. I can't find where the code is to fix that img src. When I use the Chrome developer console, if I put it in the full link to the image, it works in the preview.

This looks like there might be an issue with pages finding the image paths of images that get pulled in as excerpts from other pages. We are working to fix this. Because this only happens when the file has been included via the "Image list" dropdown (in the "Insert Image" popup window), I have gone into the donate page "Content" section and included the image via a URL instead. Doing this caused the image to show up in public profiles again.
