But they don’t let me make a kit for free. Does that mean I have to pay for Typekit separately when I’m already paying $5 extra to have a custom domain? Or, how can I get around it? Please advise.

in my case, the subnav doesn’t appear on certain pages with subpages even when the topnav checkbox is checked.
