I am trying to find the most useful Print Sheet format for a list of supporters who have requested lawn signs and there does not seem to be a good match. What we really need is a Print Sheet with the following:

• a single map with all the locations in the list plotted;
• a list of the people's names, addresses, and phone numbers

The first Walk Sheet available is probably the closest to this but it includes a separate map for each location plus some additional information about each person on the list that we do not necessarily want to share with the volunteers that are delivering signs.

Is it possible to create our own custom Print Sheet? If not, is there someone at NationBuilder who can create this template for us?
